Meet Our Inspectors
Mark comes to us with a 15 year background in Texas real estate inspections and investment which has allowed him to develop an extensive knowledge of the Inspection and Real Estate Industry. Mark’s background, not only as inspector in multiple states, but as an owner of investment property, gives unique insight to successful dealings on both sides of the transaction.
His areas of expertise are Roofing, Mechanical, Electrical and Septic inspections with the emphasis on first time home buyers and Investor Property Inspections. In additional to these qualifications, he is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Investment and Farm and Ranch specialist. Growing up in Iowa and moving to Texas in the early 80’s has given him an understanding of aggressive growth and opportunity.
